9 to 3 Project Delivers Books

On May 17th, Brenda Evans and Lois Stephenson delivered over 450 books to Selma Middle School.  Brenda and Lois are members of the 9to3 Project committee and volunteer their time and talents to helping support the children of Selma Middle.  From 9am to 3pm, no child is without the help they need to succeed in school.

301 Endless Yard Sale June 16-17

The Johnston County Visitors Bureau is thrilled to announce the 5th Annual ” 301 Endless Yard Sale” to take place the weekend of June 16-17, 2017.  The communities along US 301 will join together with deals, antiques, collectibles and more along a 100 mile stretch of highway between Kenly and Benson, in Johnston County.

The US 301 Endless Yard Sale officially starts at 7am on Friday, June 16th and runs through Saturday, June 17th, 7am-5pm each day.

We invite you to explore the country roads of Johnston County and our partner counties every year looking for the unique collectible and that rare find you have been dreaming about…it just may be along the US 301 Endless Yard Sale!

Serve The Need in Johnston County will be participating in the 301 Endless Yard Sale this year.
